Caipirinha Villa has a team of 7: four in-house housekeepers who handle daily cleaning, shopping, cooking and BBQ, a dedicated van and driver (included), a maintenance man, and our office manager, who all help out when you need them. The team are great cooks and can prepare most meals or assist with your own cooking.

7 king rooms, 3 rooms with 2 double beds, and 1 room with a double bed that's ideal for kids. Eight rooms have a balcony and view. Every room has aircon, a 40" TV, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer, and we have 4 extra single mattresses and 2 baby cribs.

Yes. Caipirinha Villa is an entire private villa in Diniwid, Boracay, for one group at a time. It has 11 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and takes up to 20 guests. The 20-metre infinity pool, the 6-person heated jacuzzi and the living areas are for your group only. We also have 4 extra single mattresses and 2 baby cribs.
How are the bedrooms set up?
There are 11 bedrooms, Room 1 to Room 11, and every one is en suite. Room 7 is the Master, on the top floor, with a walk-in closet. Rooms 1 to 8 have a balcony and view; Room 8 is on the lower level. There are 7 king rooms, 3 rooms with 2 double beds and 1 room with a double bed. Every room has aircon and a 40-inch TV.
Can we use the villa for a company retreat or team offsite?
Yes. Outsourcing and BPO companies book the villa when US or overseas managers fly in to meet their Philippine team, so the whole team stays under one roof. The dining table and lounge are used for meetings and team dinners, WiFi is 100 Mbps in all rooms and the living area, and there is a 24-hour backup generator.
Is there a staff cook?
Yes. The villa has a team of 7, including four in-house housekeepers who handle daily cleaning, shopping, cooking and BBQ. Cooking is included: the staff shop for groceries and you pay the receipts. They cook shared home-style dishes for the whole group, not individual restaurant orders, so please tell them in advance what you would like.
Where do the staff stay?
The staff live in a separate staff house, so your group has the villa to itself. They come when you ask.
Can we hold a party or event?
Yes, with approval in advance. We have hosted birthdays and wedding cocktail parties for up to 100 guests. An event fee applies depending on group size: ₱300 per guest over the villa guest limit. The staff can arrange food and drinks; outside food and drinks are not allowed for events.
Where is the villa and how do we get around?
The villa is in Diniwid Hills, near West Cove, in Diniwid, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines. Diniwid Beach is about a 10-minute walk, and White Beach and Station 1 are a 10-minute drive. A van and driver are included for trips around the island. The Caticlan airport transfer is separate (about ₱1,000 per person through Southwest Tours).
How much is it and how do we book?
